The Outlook from Here
is a blog founded by UW graduate student and McPherson Eye Research Institute member Annika Konrad, to enable people living with blindness or low vision to share their experiences. Konrad, who is visually impaired herself, created The Outlook From Here in partnership with the Wisconsin Council of the Blind and Visually Impaired. Since its inception in 2013, the blog has featured wonderful personal stories from some very talented Wisconsin writers.
