Research Interests
My lab is interested in developing optical imaging tools for a wide range of applications. Optical imaging is a powerful non-invasive tool for interrogating the eye for both clinical studies and basic science. We have developed a hyperspectral reflectance system which is suitable for vision research. Additionally, we have utilized a home built fast confocal microscope for imaging the retina of frogs at high resolution. This mode of imaging is useful for understanding cellular organizations in the retina.
