After submission, our Leadership Committee will review your request at their next monthly meeting and follow up with you via email.

MERI typically caps its sponsorship support at $1,000. However, we will consider providing greater amounts of support if (a) you can provide a justification for a >$1,000 request AND (b) your organization can find another source to match MERI's contribution. Agreement

MERI co-sponsorship is contingent upon agreement to the following terms. Please check the boxes below to indicate that you understand and agree to those terms.(Required)

I agree that MERI will not be responsible for the planning, scheduling, or logistics of the event or program for which I am seeking sponsorship

If cost transfers are necessary to use MERI funds to support my event or program, I agree that my organization will initiate those cost transfers

I agree to acknowledge MERI's sponsorship by adding MERI's logo to advertisements (download logos HERE)

After the event or program concludes, I agree to email MERI a couple sentences summarizing how everything went (including approximately how many people attended)
