Research Interests
Dr. Blodi’s research interests center around retinal imaging and clinical trials for macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other retinal diseases. As the medical director of the Wisconsin Reading Center (WRC), she oversees a core retinal imaging lab with 60 research staff. The WRC research is centered on retinal image analysis for NIH epidemiological and therapeutic studies, investigator-initiated translational research, and pharmaceutical clinical trials for drug development.
