Research
My research focuses on cartographic design and accessibility, with an emphasis on how design elements influence cognitive load and spatial learning. I explore how different visual aspects of maps can enhance or hinder user understanding. Additionally, I am collaborating with my advisor to develop a perceptual model for simultaneous contrast checks in map design, aiming to improve visual clarity and map usability.
