Research Interests
Dr. Dubra’s long-term interest is the visualization of retinal structure and function to improve the diagnosing and understanding of eye disease. He pursues this goal through the incorporation of techniques and technology from optics, astronomy, image processing, electrical engineering and biomedical engineering. Currently, most of his focus is on the search for biomarkers for early detection and progression monitoring of glaucoma and other neurodegenerative diseases.
