Research
As an Associate Scientist in the lab of Professor Phil Romero in the UW-Madison Department of Biochemistry developing enzyme-based biologic drugs with catalytic stoichiometry of action is a major component of the research efforts with which I’m involved. This catalytic action imparts wide therapeutic windows and is compatible with low dosing requirements. Catalytic drugs currently being developed hold potential as effective agents for treating fibrosis and inflammation associated with vision disorders.
