Research
My research focuses on computational communication and AI-mediated visual content. I study how vision-language models and generative AI systems interpret and produce social signals such as gender, emotion, and credibility. My work combines computational methods with experimental approaches to understand how audiences perceive and respond to AI-generated visuals, especially in contexts such as science and risk communication.
