Research Summary
My research focuses on understanding the effects of LTBP-2 mutations in Primary Congenital Glaucoma (PCG) using spontaneous large animal glaucoma model. Specifically, I want to study the effect of this mutation on the trabecular meshwork cells in the anterior segment of the eye, in vitro using cell culture techniques, immunolabeling and western blots.
