Ezgi Melisa Yüksel is a fifth-year Ph.D. student in the Cognitive Psychology area of the Psychology Department. Her main interest is in how we train learning and memory processes. Specifically, she studies perceptual category learning—for example, how people learn to recognize and differentiate painting styles based on visual features.
